1973

Baerlocher entered the Brazilian market by importing products from Germany, through a Joint Venture with the Degussa group of companies.

1975

Baerlocher inaugurates its own production plant in
Mauá – SP.

1986

Expansion and consequent move to the new plant in Americana – SP.

1995

The Emprenor Group replaces Degussa as the Joint Venture partner.

2002

Inauguration of a new and modern laboratory.

2003

AV stearate line is installed.

2004






BAEROPOL plant is installed.

2008

Granulation line for CaZn additives
is installed.

2010

Zinc stearate spray tower
is installed.

2011

Start of the project / building of the oleochemical plant.

2013

40th anniversary of Baerlocher do Brasil
on June, 19 2013 and inauguration of the
new Oleochemical plant.

2015

First expansion of  the Oleochemical plant takes place as well as the inauguration of an application laboratory with a new industrial size KraussMaffei extruder.
