1973: Our history begins with the merger of two German multinationals companies constituting Estabilizantes Bärlocher Comércio e Indústria Ltda.

1975: Inauguration of the first factory in the city of Mauá-SP, where our first stabilizers were produced.

1986: Plant is moved from Mauá – SP to Americana - SP

2002: The administrative building, which was still located in the state’s capital, moves to Americana. And a new and modern laboratory is built in the same area as well.
 

Since then, the company, now with 113 employees, has a large tradition in the market when it comes to products and service quality. It has grown every year thanks to the Excellent performance of our management and the commitment of all staff. 

2013: On its 40th anniversary, the new oleochemical plant was inaugurated and in 2015, the first expansion took place, as well as the inauguration of an application laboratory with a new industrial size KraussMaffei extruder.
